Children who are in 2nd grade or older, have been Baptized and have 2 years (the previous 21/22 & enrolled in the current year 22/23) of Religious instruction are eligible to receive these sacraments.  Fill out the registration form below and return to the Religious Education Office, inculde a copy of your child's Baptismal certificate & material fee of $60 (one child) or $90 (2 children) $120 (3 or more children).  Parents must have attended one of the Registration/Information meetings on October 10, 17 or 24. At these meetings the sacramental schedule and materials was persented.
