Children who are in 2nd grade or older, have been Baptized, and have 2 years (the previous  & enrolled in the current year ) of Religious instruction are eligible to receive these sacraments.  Fill out the registration form below and return it to the Religious Education Office, include a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate & material fee of $70 (one child) $110 (2 children) $140 (3 or more children).  Parents must attend one of the Registration/Information meetings in the fall. At these meetings, the sacramental schedule and materials are presented.
